P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang's now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

I had P. F. Chang’s today for the first time with my bf. It was very tasty. I like all the vegetarian choices. The fried wontons were good, however, a little weird that bell peppers were in them. (Good nonetheless, I just wish I had known about them, since my bf doesn’t like peppers.) I had Buddha’s Feast, steamed. It was yummy and fresh. Next time I’ll try it stir-fried. I only deducted one star, because it kinda took a little while for us to receive our food. Our waiters name was Shawn, and he was excellent.

If you're heading to PF Changs for an enjoyable evening, this branch is a hit or miss. Highly disappointed especially since I've been to PF Chang's in other countries. The poke bowl was fantastic as well as the calamari. The ginger broccoli (we ordered shrimp) was quite bland and the Kung Pao shrimp was strangely sweet. The long life noodles were the biggest disappointment. The noodles were gummy, lumped together, and the shrimp supremely overcooked. Service was subpar as well. The waitress was inattentive at best. All in all, save your money and head to a local Asian fusion bistro instead.

Being consistent PF Changs diners over the last 10 years or so our latest visit was a shocking disappointment. Firstly, they changed the menu, eliminating a number of our favorite dishes such as the walnut melon shrimp, prawns with long life noodles, calamari from the happy hour menu, and many others, as the menu shrunk from a couple of pages to literally a half a page.. My wife’s comment was “what happened to the menu“ Secondly, the portions were noticeably smaller and more expensive. Particularly my favorite dish the Mongolian beef. Some dishes, such as the calamari, have a lot more filler And breading and less calamari. We always joke that the “spreadsheet Guy†gets a hold of restaurants and the quality drops as the price rises. Unfortunately this seems to be the case with the town center PF Chang‘s and we will probably never go back.
